The main objective was to significantly increase compliance levels of the Trust’s Environmental Risk Assessments across 3 hospitals for all wards and departments which he successfully completed.
They also provided a wide range of advice and guidance in response to safety incidents during his period at the Trust and also delivered health & safety training for both clinical and non-clinical staff – as part of an ongoing training programme and also bespoke sessions which he organised. They were reliable, helpful and flexible in his approach to work at all times and required no supervision. Three years later they are sadly leaving having seen us through a great many changes. The two biggest being our merger with four other practices . They have been one of our four super partnership Directors and was in charge of HR and CQC. HR has been a huge task with bringing 230 odd staff contracts in line but they leave us with this all work completed and very organised.
They were always a pleasure to work with, calm and methodical and has a good working relationship with all staff. They will be greatly missed.
